Chattanooga State Sophomore Night

Chattanooga State will hold their sophomore night to honor the sophomore basketball players in tonight’s match up against Hiwassee College JV at 7 p.m. (Last night the Lady Tigers had their sophomore night with a 72-61 loss to Arkansas State Mid-South.) Tonight’s game is also the last home game of the season for Chattanooga State’s Men’s Basketball team. The Tigers have two more games remaining on the schedule but both of those contests are on the road against conference opponents.

The Tigers have 8 sophomores on their roster this season. The players that will be honored tonight are, MILOS ANDELIC, TRAEVIS GRAHAM, DWIGHT HARRIS JR., BOBAN JACDONMI, DaV MOORE, ORLANDO MOORE, MARQUIS TIPTON, and DEVLYN WILLIAMS.

Out of those 8 sophomores for the Tigers, 3 of them are leaders in the conference in different categories. DaV Moore is 2nd in the conference when it comes to rebounds per game. The sophomore power forward is averaging 10 per game. He also leads the conference in shooting percentage with his 66.4 % shooting and Orlando Moore is in 3rd place with his 60.8%. Devlyn Williams is 2nd in the conference in 3 point shooting percentage with his 44.6 %.

Together those Tigers have led Chattanooga State to a 14-11 season record. Sadly tonight is the last time those players will step out on the floor together at home. If you are unable to come out and support these Tigers in their last home game then you can follow along on the Live Stream on the Tiger Sport Network.
